By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you agree to the following:  

1. This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. A valid ID may be required at the entrance.   

2. Tickets are confirmed only after full payment and verification of the payment receipt.   

3. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.   

4. Each ticket is valid for one person only and may be used once. 

5. Guests must present their ticket or registration confirmation at the entrance.   

6. The Promenade reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.   

7. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Promenade is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.   

8. The event schedule, performers, and timings may change due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.   

9. Photography and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to appearing in promotional content published by The Promenade and event partners.   

10. Guests must follow all venue regulations and instructions provided by security and event staff.   

11. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and compliance with these terms.   

12. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.   

13. The Promenade reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.

By car: There are several ways to reach The Promenade in Amman, including following the main roads toward the area and continuing to your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach The Promenade by taking a taxi or using a ride-hailing app.
