Entry & validity

• Ticket valid only for the date shown; single-night tickets do not transfer to other nights.
• Full pass admits one person per night, all 7 nights — non-shareable, ID may be requested.
• Doors 5:00 PM–11:30 PM. Late arrival doesn't extend access or entitle a refund.
• Re-entry policy: state it explicitly (recommend: hand-stamp re-entry allowed until 10 PM).
• Workshop tickets include same-day festival entry only.

Pricing & discounts

• Student discount (15%) requires valid student ID at the door — no ID, pay the difference or no entry at that rate.
• BOGO/QR promo tickets expire 72 hours after claim, non-extendable, no cash value.

Refunds & changes

• All sales final — no refunds or exchanges except event cancellation.
• If a night is cancelled by the organizer, refund or transfer to another night, ticket value only (no travel/other costs).
• Lineup and schedule subject to change; artist changes do not entitle refunds.
• Force majeure (weather, government order, safety): organizer may reschedule; rescheduled tickets remain valid.

Conduct & venue

• Right of admission reserved; intoxicated or disruptive guests may be removed without refund.
• No outside food/drink
• Bag checks at entry; prohibited items at security's discretion.

Media & liability

• Attendees may be photographed/filmed for festival promotion; entry constitutes consent.
• Organizer (Sab'een — sole proprietorship) not liable for personal belongings, or injury except as required by Jordanian law.
• Tickets resold above face value may be voided.
