Schedule & Arrival:

• Operating Hours: Facility opens at 9:00 AM; activity starts from 10:30 AM until 5:00 PM.

• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.

Age & ID Requirements:

• Drivers: Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID.

• Passengers: Riders under 18 years old must ride as a passenger with an adult operator (18+).

Dress Code: Swimwear or casual beach clothing.

Safety & Rules:

• Life jackets are mandatory at all times.

• Mobile phone use while operating the Jet Ski is prohibited.

• Basic swimming skills are recommended but not strictly required.

• Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Participants are responsible for any equipment damage caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.

Medical Restrictions:

• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.

• Not recommended for individuals with back, neck, heart, or other serious medical conditions.

Weather Policy: The activity is subject to sea and weather conditions. Rides may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.

Location: Royal Diving Club / Jet Ski Station, Luxotel Aqaba Beach Resort & Spa, Aqaba, Jordan.

Meeting Point: Report directly to the Jet Ski Station at the Royal Diving Club upon arrival.

Getting There: Located in Aqaba’s South Beach area, roughly a 15–20 minute drive from downtown Aqaba. Accessible by taxi, private car, or hotel transfer services.
