• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Re-entry to the event is not permitted unless officially authorized by event management.  
• Gates will close at 9PM. No entry will be permitted after this time, regardless of ticket type.

• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to attend the event.
• Children aged 5 years and above must possess a valid ticket for entry. 
  
  

• Outside food and beverages, large bags, and luggage are prohibited inside the venue.
• Only small bags and handbags are permitted and may be subject to security inspection upon entry.  
  
  

• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Event management reserves the right to remove anyone violating the smoking policy.
  
  

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded both visually and audibly.
• Event organizers reserve the right to use such materials for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.
  
  

• Event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.
  
  

• All attendees must comply with the instructions of event staff and security personnel.
• Any inappropriate behavior or conduct that threatens public safety may result in removal from the venue without refund.  

• Purchasing a ticket or attending the event constitutes full acceptance of all stated Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied entry or removal from the event.  
  
  

• Event organizers shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.  
  
  

• For the safety and comfort of all attendees, re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited once you exit the event premises.
• If you leave the venue during the event, your ticket will no longer be valid for re-entry.
• Please ensure you have all necessary personal belongings with you before entering the venue.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including following Airport Street, joining Wadi Araba Border Road, and continuing to the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
